Introducing energy efficient technology significantly reduces carbon emissions. However, staff often do not use the new technology to its full advantage and the gains to be had from behavioural change are frequently overlooked. One organisation we worked with identified savings of £17.4 million and 92,466 tonnes of CO2 from behaviour change alone!
